Speaker Wiring help 1.2 SE

My polo has 6 speakers 4 in the doors and 2 in the a pillar
I am fitting a Kenwood 7017 which has wiring for 4 speakers
However there are only 4 wires coming from the car!!
in the current position only the front Door and A pillar Speakers are working?
Doe any know what these 4 wires do and how I can get the rear speakers working?
