Front Wipers not working after Dashcam Hardwire

Pretty much what the title says.
I have a 65 plate 6c, this morning I attempted to hard wire a Mextbase dashcam using the piggyback fuse.
Now my front wipers won’t work, neither will the pump for front or back. I’ve checked all the fuses I’ve touched and the wiper fuse with no luck.
Here’s a photo of the fuse box:
If it matters, for grounding I used a metal bolt next to the clutch pedal.
Please help, I’m meant to be doing a 4 hour drive tomorrow and could do with having wipers.

It was 45, I think I’d take it out and put it back in 46.
Thank you so much, you don’t understand the level of abuse from my partner you’ve saved me haha.
Just so I know, the bolt I used for grounding next to the clutch, is this safe to use? It was working fine prior to me un-doing the work I did

Haha you owe me
The bolt should be fine as long as it's a chassis ground

Some time later, when you have time, maybe consider moving where you are picking up an earth to an earth post which should be behind the pick panel at the driver's feet, if you do that you will be moving the earthing point away from a not very suitable point - that bolt looks like it passes through a piece of plastic,so you will not be able to tighten it up to the torque that an earthing stud should be to its attached wiring. Plus it is just nasty/messy to just slacken off any old bolt to secure an earth wire to.

I’ll definitely do this, I don’t suppose you’ve got any images that show where the earth post is to make it a bit easier to find so you?

I think if you remove the driver's side kick panel (not pick panel!!) you will see one.
Remember when using a bolt to connect to body earth, ideally both sides of the ring tag you have as part of the earth lead, should be able to contact body earth, in your case one side is insulated from earth by the plastic and the other side might not be making a good connection due to the due coating. Okay a relatively low current device, but you want it to work always to be able to service its function.
