6C Missing ABS Fuse

Post by Nuarton »

Following my last post about wipers not working, I got the fuses swapped over and got that all sorted again.

I then decided to take some time to look over the fuse diagram pinned here and do some learning. I noticed I don’t have a fuse in 47, where there should be a 30A fuse for the ABS system.

As far as I can tell, all 6C/6R come with ABS as standard, and unless I’m missing something, I should have a fuse there.

So my question is, am I missing something or should I be ringing the dealer in the morning and asking why they sold me a car without working ABS after listing it as a feature?

If there are no warning lights, it's fine. Fuse layouts do change over time and according to equipment. So don't worry about it too much.

Thanks again mate.

It’s in for a service next week anyway so any ABS faults should show up on that, just wanted to be sure.

If you're missing a big 30A fuse, I'm sure your dash would be a christmas tree.
