Rear brakes and wheels

Hi, i am looking to do a rear disc conversion on my 6n2. I currently have a set of 14inch wheels which i quite like and was wondering if the rear discs and callipers would fit in the 14’s. The fronts obviously fit nice in the wheels but i dont want to assume they will fit and go ahead and buy the kit?
