I assume that the coding of that ECU is like in the old models. Through sums not by Byte/Bits. (Example by sums: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.ph ... ics#Coding)

I am completely unaware of the values that must be applied to that ECU to activate the additional heater.

I got info:

Byte 20, bit 7: idling proactive with PTC (extra elec heater) BCM

but I don't know how much truth is in that?

It is an excel file that contains all the information about the old BCM PQ25 (factory).
It is one of those files that are not shared, the information contained has already been shared individually in multiple posts on this forum, do not go crazy looking for the file.
I don't know if it can be found on the net or if someone wants to share it with you in a private way.🤷‍♂️

Would you be good enough to send it to me by e-mail?

I have a second ibize from 2015, and the BCM schedule would be very useful :)

It is not possible, to share important documents you must have at least 1000 "interesting" posts in any world forum, 100,000 views to your posts, sharing and have done a genius for the benefit of others, be responsible and not a reckless or widely known on the WWW with your contributions to the scientific or extraplanetary community. 🤣

Cyclo, you have such advanced information.
Would you check the options in bcm for rain closing?

BCM - Byte4 - bit6 accepts, maybe something else needs to be selected?

6R0 959 801 CG
Coding: 0200A3

6R0 959 802 CL
Coding: 1000A3

closing the mirrors with the remote control + rain closing?

Coding ok? Do you have to change anything?

For the "Rain Closing" function, it is also necessary to activate it in the RLS coding and that the RLS has the capacity (SW) to fulfill said function.

The sensors (SW/HW, PQ25) that I know can do it are:

RLS
- 5K7 955 559B, 5K7 955 559C
RLHS
- 5K7 955 547, 5K7 955 547B

It may also work on the old 1K0 sensors, but it's something no one confirmed for the PQ25.
(I guess it's due to that human selfishness "if it doesn't work for me" I have no intention of sharing that it doesn't work...)

Once the new functions (folding mirrors, rain closing) have been coded into both the WRMs and the BCM and RLS/RLHS, it is ALWAYS necessary for the WRMs to learn the new coding by re-setting the comfort function with the power window switch (owners manual) in all doors... you can do this from the driver's door switch.

If you have a garden with irrigation sprinklers, it is better not to activate this function.😁

Throw the engine into the car, 6R0959801CG / 6R0959802CL and let me know if I managed to get something done :)

Hi, there are some problems after changing the 6R0959802AR motors to the 6R095980802CL :(

Despite the lack of time, the driver's motor 6R0959801AK unchanged to 6R0959801CG

The problem with closing / opening the mirrors was solved by replacing the cables
J386 - T16 / 14 <--> T16 / 15
J387 - T16 / 14 <--> T16 / 15

Problem with the glass remained ...: /

E107 - Power window switch
By giving it up, the glass goes down
Giving down, the glass goes up
Trying to replace the cables it did not bring any changes ...

Without changing 6R0959801AK to 6R0959801CG, the problem with the glass will not be solvable?
