Infotainment issues

Good evening, I am new onto this forum and I haven’t had the time yet to have a look through to see if this issue has been discussed before. I drive a 2015 VW Polo, I recently got the red screen of death. I brought it to both the VW dealer I bought it from and also an independent garage who both quoted near £900 to fix the issue.
I was wondering am I able to fit another single or double din head unit or is it as issue with the wiring that is causing the problems….?
Also because the screen is no longer working I cannot clear the low tyre pressure display that shows up on my small screen in between the Rev and Speedo. Does anyone know any way of clearing this??
