I try to assemble the KOYO power steering pump, but I got a metal ball (marked red) and a spring that I don’t know where it should be. I attached two images just to show potential assembling positions for the ball and spring. Right now, I also lost the spring, so I would like to know how important it is. My guess is that it is there just to stop the fluid from running out during disassembly of the connectors. Maybe someone has an exploded view drawing over the pump?
