Hello All.
I own vw polo tsi 1.2 90bhp 2016 model and wondering when to replace timing belt and water pump since the car has chain instead of time belt.
I have read that the chain can handle till 200 000 km but what about water pump?
Regards
Vinay

Re: Timing belt
Replace the waterpump with the timing belt. Or earlier, if it fails.

Re: Timing belt
You should have a belt. I think it's 5 years or 210.000km. Whatever comes first.
