Polo 6C 1.0TSI Start-Up Loud, blowing exhaust?

Hello,
It's only my second car so I'm not clued up too much and don't have the space to work on it anyway to have a look.
Does this sound like a blowing exhaust? It's on a 1.0 TSI Polo 6C. Doesn't do it at every start up, but most, also revs are about 1250RPM when it does happen. Sounds purely awful as hell. Otherwise, about 1050RPM when it isn't sounding loud, towards the end of the video it just quietens down as the revs drop after roughly 20 seconds of the start.
