Waited a week for the OEM lower grille to be painted gloss black but it was definitely worth it. Ties in perfectly with the gloss black upper grille, badges and wing mirror covers.

Maybe a slightly controversial one but I’ve purchased and fitted an OEM GTI spoiler onto my 6C, which I bought through Facebook Marketplace, as the previous owner had fitted an Oettinger aftermarket spoiler. It’s never been my intention to build a replica GTI but the simple fact that I love how subtle it is and finishes off the rear end of the car perfectly.

Looks good how did you fit the gti spoiler cap screws or glue? .Also do you have any pics with the led drl and fogs light on? I'm thinking of changing the nasty orange bulbs out

Great outcome!

Can you please share the steps and materials involved. As the stock grills have textured pattern, the reflection after painting the same might not be up to the mark. Did you use any fillers on the stock grill before painting?
