Electric power shut off GTI 6c

Hi everyone i have this problem at last week,
While I driving or staying at stop or what ever the all lights and the cluster just shut off and turn on while the engine is still running!!!
Then thera is a lights sturt to came on, the wipers problem, the hood is open and check water fluid of the radiator and i check all of that and is ok there is a fluid and the hood is closed but the wiper dusent work and the door closes it self randomly.
I go to my mechanic and check my minus/ground and its all okey but the battery was from the factory(2016) so i had to change it i change it at this morning and the problem is still again and again
Please someone can help
