Alarm and locks stopped working - Polo 9N3

Good morning everyone!
My Polo 9N3 2008 had a problem, and I can't solve it, I hope a friend of the group has seen something similar..
While trying to install a new instrument panel that didn't work, when I returned the original panel, my alarm, electrical locks, internal warnings stopped working.
I tried to check through VCDS, but I didn't find anything that could solve the problem.
Has a friend ever seen something similar that might help?
