I want to hardware A radar detector and dash cam
Is there anything in here i can wire to before i take it apart?
unsure if there are any wires but i dont see a reason for it to be so bulky and have vents in it for any other reason?

For cars with rain sensing wipers and / or an auto dimming rear view mirror, I believe that part of the rear view mirror assembly attached to the screen will house the sensors and associated wiring for those functions.

Nothing in the RLS(rain light sensor) you can use for a dashcam or radar ,leave well alone.
Run the wiring from the fuse box inside the car to the dash cam etc
