2008 1.2 Fog light problem?

Hello all - hope all is well - first time here..
2008 1.2 polo fog light problem
the drivers fog light is on all the time - can't for the life of me turn it off - and the passengers fog light is off
i can get to the drivers bulb under the bonnet or outside via a torx screw - how would i get access to the passengers bulb as there is no screw on the grill.
