Beeping noise at 4500rpm

Hi,
I’ve got a beeping noise that happens at 4500rpm and I can’t figure out what it is. I have a 2016 manual polo gti. If I have my foot to the floor it’s quite sudden and short and then if I slowly rev to 4500rpm the beep lasts slightly longer. I thought it was a vacuum leak but I have changed the whole intake an it still does the same, also not sure if it’s the turbo wastegate solenoid?
