Hello,
Don't know if anyone has encountered a similar issue but I've searched online and wasn't able to find anything.
The issue I've got is that when I turn on my ignition, the radiator fan goes into crazy mode and starts spinning at full speed for no reason. After a few seconds when I turn the actual engine on it calms down mostly but is still working harder than it should. As well as that, there is an error with the start stop system and the back lighting for the A/C dials doesn't work. These 3 are all linked. It happened a few months back but I ignored it for a while and eventually the problem sorted itself. Now though, it has come back and all 3 have started playing up at the same time.

Does anyone have any suggestions what this could be?

I'm quite certain it's gonna be a wiring/electrical issue but I wouldnt know where to even start looking.

Do you use the car every day or is it parked up a lot ?
i say that because when the battery voltage is very low it can cause the fan to go nuts,its a safety feature to protect the engine.
check your batterys 'state of charge' first off it may just be a dead battery this will also disable the stop /start feature

Any tyre place can check the batterys SOC for you ,usually free

Agree but also just check battery voltage with a m.meter after 30/60 mins after switching off engine and also while idling, then next morning after parked up overnight.
