Alright another n00bie question (perhaps), but where do I actually thread the power lead from the car battery to inside the car cabin? If you know what I mean? I've got the 9N to clarify things a little bit.

Don't tell me I have to drill the wall between the engine compartment and the interior bit?

Yeah unfortunately you have to drill a mahooosive hole .

Look at where the ecu is (rectangular metal piece if you didn't know located at the back of the engine bay to the right) look down from there and you'll see a rubber grommet with i think2 wires going through it, you can poke a wire through the grommet hole where the other wires go through.

Can it be seen from the inside? Without removing the glove box compartment.

Well how do you actually removing the "grommet" thingy? It looks like it's got a screw it in or something?

I never took the grommet out just poked the wire through the gap.

Is that possible?!

Imean there's like no space there?

Hope it helps. This was the way mine got from the motor bay to the interior.

It doesn't "actually" tell me much about the power cable bit or am I looking at the wrong bit? And it's in GERMAN!

Aha, thanks for the help guys.

But I actually did what SiDaBa suggested tonight, poked it through the wire that was already there, but the thing is that the grommet is sticking out now, it's not actually on the wall anymore?

Is that bad?
