Whirring noise when starting engine and also driving.

Completely new to this so apologies if I was supposed to post in a different forum but I recently purchased a 1.6 TDI POLO 2011 plate and I’m hearing a whirring noise when starting the engine as well as driving if I listen closely. I have no idea what this is as I’m to VW previously abarth. I have uploaded it to youtube as have no idea how to on here
I hope someone can help before I spend hundreds taking it to the garage.

I cant hear it on video, but i heard it on many polos.
I think its the exhaust manifold gasket or the gasket between turbo and dpf.
I somethimes got this noise when the car was cold ( in winter time) I thought it was first the ic- it wasn't, turbo- it wasn't.

Hi man thank you for the reply, I have uploaded a second video hopefully you can hear it a bit better in this, if this is the exhaust is this something to worry about as it’s getting hotter here in the UK so it wouldn’t be due to cold weather.

I also have this. Not sure what it is, but I've had it ever since I got the car.

It’s so weird I’ve never heard anything like it before it sounds like it’s something going round?
