Hi. Firstly new member so hello everyone.
I’ve got a issue with a 2012 polo 1.2tdi. It’s had loads of engine running issues which I have now virtually all sorted. In the process of doing this I’ve tried a used ecu , clocks , BCM. I have now put everything back to original But have lost the ABS coding. Is there anyone out there who can help me get the code. The vin is WVWZZZ6RZCU064997

I can probably have a go at calculating your coding, you can try the coding on your ABS module and if it takes, you might need to do a basic setting of all the sensor of the ESP system, if present.
And I need the VIN that is stored in the new clocks and engine control unit as well as the physical VIN.
Costs will be €50, no cure no pay.

Thank you for your reply. Tomorrow morning I will check the and post the information. Can I make clear that the vehicle is now back to the original ECU. BCM and CLUSTER I only tried a Different engine ecu etc to rule out lots of false engine fault codes I have now sorted the engine issues. And now left with loss of ABS coding.

Hi just tried and it’s not working. Comes up with. Function cancelled critical condition not met [NRC $22)

Hi again. I’ve just imputed that code and it’s been accepted. But traction control light is still on. And I have no hill assist working I’ve tried to do a steering angle reset but comes up with no communication

When I carried out a scan after inputting the code it should up no fault codes present.

Yes I had noted you are in Kyiv. This makes me appreciate more the help and knowledge you are giving me.

Did ypu try basic settings for the slip ring?

The steering angle basic settings should be done with engine running and steering wheel at centre.

All functions worked fine prior to loosing long code Long code only lost because I’d temporarily swapped engine ecu while diagnosing a engine fault.

Update. Just done system health check scan. And now have 00778 steering angle sensor
And 000493 ESP - sensor unit no or incorrect basic setting/ adaption.

When I try to go into steering angle sensor settings it comes up with no communication :
