Polo 6n2 starting problems

My polo 6n2 struggles starting sometimes. You start it and it will sound like its not going to start then it does but at a really low idle and when i press the accelerator the revs stick at 2000 rpm for around 30 seconds once it’s done that and runs fine.
Changed ht leads, spark plugs, pcv valve, fuel filter

Its a polo 6n2 from 2000 it has a 1.0 mpi and it done 50,000 miles

Im just gonna go train the damper I don’t think anyone has trained it before thanks for the help
