Hi there !
Last month I adjusted my sunroof due to a plastic rattle at the back and front.
According to the maintenance manual, the front part of the sunroof should be 1mm lower compared to the roof, and the back, 1mm higher than the roof.
Now it's done, no more rattle when closed.
Some screws were no longer tight (5.5 Nm).
But now, I have a plastic rattle at the front when my sunroof is between open (when you push button one time) or when it's fully open.
It's driving me nuts. This car is a rattle car, impossible to get it quiet.

Re: Polo 6C sunroof rattle
Mines been driving me nuts and I didn't know you could adjust it so I'm definitely giving that a go .
As for your question mine rattles the most when it's open but not much when it's tilted. I'm not sure if it's fixable unless yours didn't rattle before when it was open?
With it open it does flex quite a bit.

Re: Polo 6C sunroof rattle
Yes you can adjust it.
You have in total 6 screws : two at the back, two in middle and two at the front.
To get the access for the front and middle's one you have to remove a s**t plastic cover.
By adjusting it to the correct position I was able to remove 90% of rattle.
Be aware to not overtight (5.5 Nm), otherwise you will damage the frame and the tracks system.
