Very dimly lit oil light in red

Hi all, we’ve had our 2014 1.2TDI now for a month and all running fine, however drove for the first time in the evening other day and noticed the oil can very slightly lit very dim in red , turned off and still stayed lit, turn on and it’s bright then goes immediately sim after the system has checked, so sim you can’t see it in the daylight!
Any ideas please?
