Does anyone know if the 312mm brake callipers from the Octavia Vrs Mk 1 will fit onto the polo without any adapters?

Yes, but you need different hub carrier ( the one where you can remove the pad carrier) 1.6 TDI 105hp 1.4 tsi ...
