front drivers seat cushion.

hi,
new member.
My drivers seat has no height adjust.Have a donor seat with height adjust but in poor condition.
1.Can the height assy be transplanted to the existing seat. or
2.Fit the donor seat and swap the seat cushion to match oe trim and if so,how difficult.
3.Does anyone know of someone in cumbria/north west who could do this.
