Weird noise coming from glovebox

Hi all,
After some help, there is a weird noise coming from my glove box, this doesn't start on start up but will eventually start happening whilst driving and it's quite loud.
This is constantly on whilst driving and even after turning off the car earlier, this stayed on for a good 5 minutes after engine was off.
Could it possibly be a cd player malfunction? I am currently having a battery issue and waiting to go to garage to confirm this(stop/start not working) so could it be related in regards to battery not having enough power?
