led lights problem retrofit led headlights Polo aw1

hello everyone I have just retrofitted the original LED headlights with afs on a polo aw1 only now with the lights off I no longer work the daytime running lights and the indicators and the high beams obviously I also get the error on the instrument panel with lights on everything works again and the error goes away someone can tell me if it is a coding or wiring problem and how to solve it
