I keep getting this error:



Error B108B1377.
Not climatronic setup. Just AC and dials.

But here's the weird thing.
AC works fine. Blows from all vents.
But if I take a left turn the centre vent on the driver's side (RHD vehicle) stops being cold until I level out. Right turns, no problem. Fan still blows. Cold air from dash end vents. Just that vent on the centre seems to decide no cold air during left turns. Might actually be both centre vents, but I have a phone mount in front of one. I thought I was going mad so I monitored on every left turn yesterday and indeed it seems to reduce air output on left turns. Like maybe a flap is busted loose and flopping over on turns.

Any ideas?

How difficult is it to get to the recirc motor on the 6C? It's a 2017 CrossPolo 1.2tsi CJZD.

The recirculation flap motor is located behind the glove box and it's known to fail. Easy replacement

Weird that it does that on left turns only though. I thought I was going mad. Well ... madder.

Just to check, is this a failure of the motor or the actuator?

Yes, close, 6R2907511A is the motor with support bracket 6Q2819379B
