Weird throttle behaviour?

Hello,
For a very long time now I've been having this issue with my car where, once the engine is warm, the throttle has a different behavior. From the graph bellow it can be seen clearly how I apply very little throttle(green color) and the engine rpm(red color) increases constantly up to 2000rpm. I was wondering if everyone had this or is something broken on my car.
This does not happen when the engine is cold. Then I can hold the rpm at whatever value I want.
