Hey, I've just come back to polos after a fiesta and 1 series and I'm having problems with my infotainment, the only thing that works is the radio

On media, the only sources that aren't greyed out are Bluetooth and aux but it doesn't let me connect either. I also cannot access voice or phone. Is it options that weren't added from the factory? If so can I get them added (cheap)

The software code is: MST2_EU_VW_ZR_PO138T
