Polo 9N 1.2 Exhaust Manifold (manicat) removal help

Hi guys,
Car failed its MOT for emissions so I’m replacing the cat.
I’ve got all bolts off except 1 Torx on the bottom of the cat.
It seems to be literally behind the cat so I’ve no idea how to get it off.
There’s 2 of these lower bolts (circled in attachment), I was able to get one off which had slightly better acces, the last one is restricted by the AC pipes.
Can anyone help with a technique to remove?
