Injector Amount Deviation 1.2TDI

Hello,
I have a 1.2TDI and after coming back from college I decided to borrow a vcds from a buddy to do a checkup on the car.
I wanted to check the injectors since the car has been running a bit weird, with jolts and hickups, only when it's hot outside.
I'm not sure if I'm reading the corect stuff since the units are in μs instead of the traditional mg/stroke.
I get the following reading at idle with a warm engine
Inj1: 8 μs
Inj2: -4 μs
Inj3: -8 μs
Are these ok? I have a feeling they should add-up to 0, but I'm not sure about it.
