Retrofitted LED Headlight Dipped Beam not working

Hi everyone,
First time poster, I actually don't own a Polo myself. I am actually posting on behalf a friend who owns it. It's a AW Polo 2018, it is actually a GTi Dupe. Whoever did the conversion before my friend owned it has done a really good job.
I have come across an issue which I'm unsure about, the right hand side LED dipped light does not work, however the main beam which is the same beam works. It's puzzling me. I've checked the fuse, but as it has had LED Headlights retrofitted, the fuse does not match if it were to be an actual GTi.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
