2014 Polo Infotainment system

Hi all, we've just recently had the dreaded timing chain done on my Son's Polo and during the repair the battery was disconnected. Since having the car back, the infotainment system no longer comes on and off with the ignition and last night we noticed that the red switch lights on the system remain on all the time. Any ideas appreciated....thanks

have you tried reset by keeping on/off button pressed for more than 10 seconds?

Hi, yes I've tried that. My Son has also said that the bluetooth connection isn't working now either. What concerns me is the drain on the battery having the red switch lights staying on all night.

Update! As a last resort, I disconnected and reconnected the cars battery and hey presto, everything is back to normal!

Lol .. the "have you tried turning it off and back on again" never fails.
