2010 polo 6r oil leak problem
There is an oil leak in my Polo 6R. I just discovered it. After doing some research, I found out that there is a chronic oil leak from the o-rings of a part called the crankcase ventilation (oil separator). The vehicle is 1.4 16v 86hp 2010 Polo 6r. what are your recommendations?

Re: 2010 polo 6r oil leak problem
Buy new O-ring seals, there are 2, or maybe even buy a oil separator, they are known to have service life of maybe 10 years 100K miles, there will be aftermarket brands supplying them, even the original supplier to VW Group - I've forgotten the name, sorry.
Edit:- I think that VW Group did revise these O-rings or at least the large one due to them leaking, my daughter's November 2009 SEAT Ibiza 1.4 16V 86PS did end up leaking, I bought new O-rings, so the newer version from VW Group, but never got round to fitting them.
