Bumper swap front & rear.

Alright folks,
I'm looking to upgrade both the front & rear bumpers on my 2014(facelift version) polo, really have my heart set on the GTI bumpers, same year/model.
Would it be a straight swap or would any panels/components need replacing as well?
If this isn't possible, does anyone know where I can get the honeycomb lower bumper grille from as I've already replaced the upper linear grille for the honeycomb upper grille.
