Rough idling and injector noise after start

Hi.
I have struggled a lot with my Polo since I got it. 2012, 1.6 TDI CAYB.
Has always been running bad the first 1-2 min or until you have started to drive over around 30 km/h.
RPM is jumping a lot, and when you start to drive you can hear a noise from the injectors.
As soon you have been driven a bit, the engine is running good, and has also a good fuel economy.
What I have tried:
4 new injectors.
New level/temp sensor in sump.
Another rail relief valve installed.
I have figured out that the engine is running best, if I remove the connector on the battery, so the alternator is always charging 14V. (But still not good)
Any good ideas?
Here attached picture of the engine info. I start to wonder if it could be a software issue.
Can anyone see from the pictures, if the version is before/after the nox update?
Or can you see if the software is not original?
Thanks in advance.
Kasper
