NORTHERN VW CHARITY CANNONBALL RUN
SUNDAY 31ST OCTOBER 2004
MVWC invites all V-dubbers both AIR and WATER cooled to join us on on 31/OCT/04 for a day out crusing some challenging and scenic roads with the aim of having a great time,meeting new friends and raising a little money for charity.
To join this cruise just turn up on the day and REGISTER with the MVWC ,all we ask for is a £5 dontaion per car which will go to MARIE CURRIE CANCER CARE
THE ROUTE
136 MILES, 5 Stage cruise along some really challenging roads across Mountain passes,forrest tracks,twisty B roads and some open A roads too. The route is very scenic and difficult to navigate ,so just follow the car in front.
ARRIVE start point 09.30hrs....
START 10.00HRS: Chester services junc 14: M56
via Queensferry,Moel Famau country park,Clocenog Forrest,
Llyn Brenig: Reservior visitor centre 1st Stop.
via A543,B4407 Ysbyty Ifan, A4212,
BALA : lake side 2nd Stop
via B4401,Llandrillo: 3rd stop Village food and Pub's
via A5,A542,Horseshoe pass 3rd stop:Ponderosa cafe,
via back roads to Minera,B5426,A483,A55, M56>Chester services.FINISH
I will promote this event at most Northern shows including VW Action & Motorshow Northwest04 and I will also visit as many club's as I can.
So why not join us for a day of cool cruising and raise a little for a Charity at the same time ! We look forward to seeing you all.
The cruise should take 7.5hours including all stopping time.

This has been well recieved everywhere with support from Club GTI,Dub club ,New Lancs VW,MadBuggers, Volkswigan, 1VW club,Cheshair, and 100's individuals from all over. Some come and take part in a fun cruise for all VW's , it's all for C-C-CHAArity mate !

think i would be in last place doing 10mph in pimp wagon with 70's pimp beats blasting out.
