Hi,

Have 2 issues.

Front powered windows won’t work at all from any switches.

Central locking, locks and unlocks by key on passenger side fine, locks and unlocks by interior buttons on drivers door.

But won’t lock or unlock by key on drivers door.

Can’t find any broken wires on drivers door loom.

No fault codes logged.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Do the power windows work when key in doorbarrel hold in open or close position?
If not, could be a fuse blown.
Window cable broken (do you hear anything in the door when operating the switches?

It was the drivers side window motor that had failed,

Ordered a replacement from VW and fitted it, all working again now.
