Pros and Cons using H&R spring on POLO 6R

Hello, VW friends, permission to ask. For the VW Polo 1.2 TSI, does anyone have experience using H&R lowering springs or ST suspension, etc.
The spring specs I use are H&R and with new Sachs shocks. Indeed, in my opinion, H&R is the shortest and perhaps the hardest compared to other spring manufacturers.
Turning at high speed "body roll" is really good, when encountering asphalt patches pretty hard, slowing down on speedbump and it's definitely not very comfortable but its driveable, 1 finger in front & 2.5 fingers in back.
Question: If, for example, I leave the setup like this, will it affect damage to other components of the car, such as ABS, leaking shocks, etc.? In particular, does the lifespan of the shock becomes shorter if a lowering spring is used?

stabilizator links, control arm bushings, ball joints will suffer from high impact/ bottom out.
Ofc it becomes shorter it wasnt designed to be used with lower travel.

The answer is: yes
Your car, as mine, was designed with specific parts.
Mine is also lowered (-30mm with Eibach spring). Lucky me, I'm only doing highway and the road quality in my area is pretty good. So suspensions parts are not too much stressed.

I can agree to the shocks being out of their comfort/working range and being subject to increased wear. But other parts suffering? I'm not so sure to be honest.

we have rough roads, and here lowered cars often change end link/ stabilisator links

Yes but that's just because the roads are tough on the suspension

The nice and gigantic rims that are commonly installed with these shocks also end up bent or with dents... with the corresponding vibrations in the steering wheel.
Caution or ACC systems should be used when one is behind these lowered cars, they brake suddenly without apparent meaning, then the speed bump appears.
