Hello, i would like to have a piece of information about the assembly of a clutch kit for a POLO 6R 1.6 TDI bluemotion Start & Stop.
I would like to know if its possible to put a kit non start and stop on it because i dont care about the start and stop option thank you

because you have start/stop, you probably have a two-mass flywheel and that needs a different clutch than a single-mass flywheel

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Yes I know but I would like to put a single mass flywheel but there is two type,
one specially for start and stop and one cheaper and very similar but not compatible with start and stop.
I really don’t care about start and stop because I always turn it off when I drive

i dont know, i think that start and stop vesion is more powerfull, i think the crown around the flywheel seems similar and still 230mm , after my research my starter have 13 teeth and the one of start and stop Polo's only 12, but the flywheel that I wish take is the "sachs sku :3021 600 285" its a flywheel for start and stop but for model after 11/2010 and mine is 02/2010. the price is very expensive if I take for a polo 11/2010 but they look so similar

maybe ur car has a dmf.
dmf to smf is ok. Just match the number of teeth on flywheel your current one with new should be ok.

doesn't DMF to SMF flywheel also require a different drive shaft and ECU software?

My car is non bluemotion ( no start stop). It came with DMF, I put a SMF conversion kit from 1.9TDI 228mm (5sp). CAYB-KFK I didn't replace the driveshaft, neither did it raise the idle rpm to 1000.
All is ok, and it's been that since I bought the car. And as you know im running that 1549 and I didn't experience any issues with my driveshaft or CV joints. ( just to note I replaced all 4cv joints with new ones as a prevention).
The SMF is a bit more raw than DMF.
