Remove/change shift knob

Hello all,
I was going to change the shift knob for another one, but I don't know how to remove it.
Does anyone know how to disassamble the knob?

I looked at many posts, but many of them just mentions the fact they've removed the knob, but I can't find a proper tutorial.
If you remember some thread or any kind of video/document may you redirect me?

just take it apart with trim removal tools. Think a youtube video showed me.

@bouncybrick; if your car’s got manual transmission, there are quite a few YouTube videos showing how to remove the gear knob on the Golf and previous generation models of the Polo. I doubt the current generation Polo uses a different system (the mk8 Golf with manual transmission still uses the same type of metal retaining clip for the gear knob as previous generation cars).
You need to release the gear lever gaiter to gain access to the gear knob retaining clip; if it’s necessary to remove any trim pieces around the base of the gaiter, use a set of trim removal tools - as @ad_182_uk has said - which should minimise the risk of causing damage during the removal process.
