2016 Polo maintenance schedule request + Polo being left out of VW model select across multiple websites

I have been trying to find the VW maintainance schedule for my 2016 Polo but I haven’t had any luck. Does anyone has access to this?
I’ve also noticed a weird phenomenon where the Polo isn’t an option under VW when selecting the car model on many websites, even ones hosted by VW! Examples:
-
https://maintenance.vw.com (Polo VIN search returns an invalid result)
-
https://www.ecstuning.com
-
https://parts.vw.com
Is there some common database these websites are using that doesn’t have the Polo in it? I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t exist across so many sites…

They won't be on those websites because the Polo was never available in the USA.
For ECS Tuning I kind of look at the Jetta GLI 1.4tsi for engine stuff. Kinda the same engine.

It is best to download the (updated) PDF from erWin. You must be registered in erWin.
You have to pay a fee for a download time in which you can download 'all' the PDFs you need for your vehicle (maintenance, repair manuals, wiring diagrams, etc.).
I don't know how the erWin website works for Australia, I know it is not the same for Europe, American continent, or Asia.

I did manage to get into ERWIN and pay for an hour. It now gives me error 403 so I can’t search for anything… that’s £7 gone haha. When it was letting me in I couldn’t figure out how to download the PDF so I’ll have to try again later. Hopefully I can get it to work.

Yes, that was roughly the same thing that happened to me when I spent my first hour on/in erWin, I gave up for too many reasons, but now that I've bought copies of the official workshop manual from another source, I can now understand how these VW Group workshop manuals are laid out.
I used
www.easymanuls.co.uk, that worked out okay for me and avoided the mysteries of navigating erWin, especially, as I remember, it seems that each of the individual VW Group marques were allowed to design their own marque areas in their own way, more than blinking annoying!!
I do understand that once you have "cracked" erWin, then as long as you use it regularly, it will become very easy to use - but most VW Group car owners just have the need to keep on going back into it, so probably need to relearn how to use it all over again.

I do not think I am going to have any luck with erWin

I still have the error 403.
The website
www.easymanuls.co.uk does not load for me. I suspect it is because I am in Australia. I guess I’ll have to look for other websites. I have found a few but they want around $50 USD for the manual. I guess I have no other options but to go with this. I have contacted VW erWin for a refund seeing as I paid for a service that would not load from their side.

This is the link I use:
https://erwin.volkswagen.de/erwin/showSearchArticle.do
It is a '.de' but it is shown to me directly in my native language. I guess it would be the same for you depending on the location.
edit: I realized, and remembered, that you can set language preferences on the same page (bottom right).

I have been trying the ‘.de’ site but I get the attached error. I could try the US version of erWin but I’m not sure if this will have my Polo on the US database. I have tried to contact erWin about the error, but they are still getting back to me.
