Rain Sensor -Retrofit MK11

Hello group,
I just purchased a second hand MK11 Polo produced in 2022.
This is coming with Auto Lights(day or night switch), but with no rain sensor (automatic wipers).
Has anyone tried to retrofit that? Any recommendation on how to find the right part and the process to activate that would be awesome!
