Polo 1.2 tdi engine shaking at idle

Hi I’m looking for help with my polo which I’m having issues with
Recently all of a sudden I noticed a really horrible vibration and shaking with the car and also rough when accelerating with a losss of power
I then plugged it in and it showed a misfire in cylinder 1 , which also come up with the fuel injectors we replaced the fuel injectors with a brand new set and also coded them correctly
However the engine at idle still runs rough as soon as you put your foot on the gas it is smooth however at idle it’s a very horrible vibration / shaking and horrible noise
When we plug it in it now shows no fault codes
