Hi guys
I have a problem with my POLO GTI 6C 1.8 tsi
I cannot bleed the cooling system.
Can someone explain to me how to do it correctly?

They're a pain to bleed, if I remember correctly the dealer had to vacuum-fill mine after they had replaced the water pump and thermostat and even then I still had an air pocket that bled itself almost a year later.
I'm fairly certain the secondary coolant pump will run with the ignition on, the cabin fan on with the temp set to anywhere above the blue section.
The only thing I can suggest other than vacuum-filling it is to bleed it the old-fashioned way. Fill it and idle with the lid off the expansion tank until it just starts to boil over. Squeeze coolant hoses, give some revs to help shift the coolant through.
The system will bleed itself with time so it's probably a good idea to keep some coolant in the car for a bit.
Also take the opportunity to remove the silica bag from the expansion tank
