Once I undo these two bolts, does the unit lift off thus exposing the spark plugs or are there other bolts I need to undo? Thanks

2007 Polo Dune Spark Plug Change
Bit of a simple one I know but I can't see anything relevant on YouTube so can someone please advise as to the the size/type of "bit" required to undo the two bolts (one with my finger on it, the other at the far end).
Once I undo these two bolts, does the unit lift off thus exposing the spark plugs or are there other bolts I need to undo? Thanks

This looks all wrong, why have you removed the fuel injectors if it is only the spark plugs that you want to replace - you will find them under that black plastic cover that is just showing on the furthest RHS of your picture.
Late Edit:- by the way, as far as I can guess, that bolt/screw that you are pointing at, is just one of the many screws that fix the intake manifold to the cylinder head, there will be a few more lower down than these two.
The spark plugs are located at the centre line of the cylinder head, as I hinted at, probably hidden by a black plastic trim cover on some models - ie the ones that have a slightly remote rectangular air cleaner assembly, or hidden by the air cleaner assembly on others - ie the ones with the larger flat air cleaner assembly sitting on the top of the engine.
