I have completed the cruise control installation, but how do I display the speed on the instrument cluster(Reference picture)? What modules are needed, and how do I install them?

Please, you should identify your vehicle properly so that we can advise you properly, the reference images are often confusing.
... mainly the engine and instrument panel reference numbers.

In some '6R' is possible to display that icon (Gra_High) by modifying the ECU EEPROM.

My polo is 2016 polo
The engine is EA111, that reference number is 03C 906 014 FR
and instrument panel reference number is 6R0 920 870A.
Can it be installed?

I don't have any data to modify the ECU EEPROM of your 6R to display the Gra_High.
Maybe in the Russian forum Drive2.ru you can find something about 1.6/1.4 engines and Gra_High. I think you may be lucky here.

One of the procedures consists of extracting the .bin file from the EEPROM of your ECU and modifying it with the 'correct' HEX value in the appropriate Address so that the Gra_High function is activated, ... as long as your ECU is configured/set it for Gra_High because it is installed in other VW models in which it is displayed but not in the 6R.
I seem to remember that there are other procedures by adding a small device that reads the appropriate CAN message, etc...
