Hey everyone, i'm new to this Forum.
I recently bought a 2001 polo 1.2 benzin but i have a problem that i can't solve on my own.
The problem is that my speedometer doesn't light up from 0 to 80 km/h which can be very annoying while driving at night.
has anyone an idea on how to fix this? i also attached some pictures if my explanation wasn't clear enough.
thank you :D

You can replace the leds, get a wrecker tacho and change them out.

I went to the cargraveyard and ripped out a old tacho.
Can't specify the leds, vw will say that complete tacho exchange will be the only way

Hey Maarten !
TY so much for your help it seems the guy who had the car before me had put some cardboard to hide the engine light that's why my leds didn't light up.
all clear now.
big thanks again :D

You're welcome.
So next to do is check why the check engine light is on?
