Misfire Problems

Recent member of the polo club, looking to seek some advice. Bought a Polo 1.4 Auto 02, with only 30800 for my partner to learn to drive. Felt solid after the first day, second day of driving the speedometer intermittently stops working, every other gauge works fine

After this while driving it started to develop a misfire. Took my basic OBD reader and the codes I got were the following: P1180, P0354, P0271, P0352.

I’ve swapped coils three and four over, and after erasing them the same codes came back. When lifting the coil for cylinder 4 while the engine was running and there was no spark. The coil wiring doesn’t have any obvious smoking guns to my novice eye.

I’ve changed the spark plugs today, there was no difference to the misfire. The plugs were dirty and cylinder 2-4 had oil on the thread, but didn’t look bad enough to cause a misfire. I’ve checked the fuse box and haven’t found any smoking gun.

Other than wondering what is the real mileage on the car! I’m also wondering can the two issues of Speedo/coils be causing the misfire? Im going to take it to my local at the end of next week but if anyone has any advice I’d really appreciate any help!
