Hi Guys,

I recently had an incident with another driver, both cars sustained minimal damage... I have a dented wing and a cracked grille

But... the insurance company is trying to write my car off! I need help proving the value of my 1989 Polo Saloon is above £2200, it has 77k miles and is in very good condition.

any words of advice on this? is there somewhere I can get a valuation?

thanks

Look for vehicles that are for sale on auto trader or other sites, this will give you an idea of what these older car are actually selling for .

Insurers will always want to write off a car if they can nowadays even for minor damage

That's a tough spot. Insurers often lowball older cars. For your 1989 Polo Saloon, try independent classic car valuation services or specialist forums for classic VWs. Document its excellent condition and low mileage meticulously. Perhaps in a Bitlife scenario, you'd navigate these legal battles more easily! Good luck proving its true worth.
